Play the dark overlord in Cursed Treasure 2: build monster towers and stop heroes stealing your gems. Free to play in your browser, no download.
Cursed Treasure 2 turns the usual tower defense setup around: you play the dark overlord, and the heroes are the ones marching in. Waves of knights and other would-be adventurers walk a path toward your stash of gems, and your job is to build a gauntlet of monstrous towers that stops them before they carry anything away.
It is a different pace from most of the games on Doodle Jump. Instead of reflexes and a single restart button, you spend your time planning where to build, what to upgrade, and when to use a spell. Rounds are slower and more thoughtful, which makes it a good change of speed after a few quick jumper runs.
The game is driven mostly by the mouse: you click a spot to place a tower, click it again to upgrade, and click the spell buttons to cast. The site lists arrow keys or WASD as well, and on a phone you tap and swipe instead. Press Play above and it loads in the page with nothing to install.
Each level, enemies follow a fixed route to the gems. You earn gold as they fall and spend it on towers and upgrades. Different tower types handle different jobs, such as cheap fast shots, slowing enemies, or hitting with magic, so a mix tends to work better than stacking one kind. Between waves you can adjust before the next group arrives.
Bloons Tower Defense 2 is the closest relative here, with the same place, upgrade and survive loop but you defend against balloons instead of heroes. Day D Tower Rush also mixes defending with quick decisions. If you would rather get back to fast reflexes, Helix Jump or Bouncy Basketball give you a short round with an instant restart.
Cursed Treasure 2 suits longer sittings at a desk with a mouse, though it can also be played by touch.

It is an HTML5 build that runs in modern browsers, and touch input is supported, though a mouse is easier for placing towers.
