How to play

• Dens (Orkish archers): Must be placed on green grass or forest tiles. They feature rapid attack speeds and specialize in taking down swift scouts.
• Crypts (Undead magic): Must be placed on snowy or icy ground. They deal magical damage that pierces heavy armor and can slow down charging invaders.
• Temples (Demonic fire): Must be placed on red dirt, rock, or wasteland tiles. They launch explosive fireballs that inflict devastating area-of-effect damage on dense clusters.

Defeating invaders earns gold for building and upgrading towers, as well as experience that unlocks powerful active spells like meteor strikes or frenzied attack boosts. You can also cut down trees to expand your line of sight and generate bonus mana.

Strategy and placement tips

To keep your gems untouched throughout every wave, keep these tactical guidelines in mind:

• Defend the dropped gems: If an enemy reaches your treasure cave and grabs a gem, eliminate them quickly. The dropped gem will remain on the road, giving your rear towers another chance to finish off subsequent thieves before they reach the map edge.
• Save mana for emergencies: Reserve your offensive spells for bosses and champion waves rather than spending mana casually on early creeps.
