Snow Rider 3D is a free browser sledding runner: steer downhill, dodge trees and grab gifts. Play it online with nothing to install.
Snow Rider 3D puts you on a sled at the top of an endless winter slope and asks one thing of you: stay alive for as long as you can. The camera sits behind the sled, the track scrolls toward you faster the longer you last, and the course is a mess of pine trees, rocks, gaps and snowy ramps that you have to thread through with small, accurate steering moves.
It is a one-more-try kind of game. A run usually lasts a minute or two, and one clean crash ends it, so you can play a single attempt while waiting for something else or chain a dozen in a row chasing a longer distance. Fans of Doodle Jump will recognise the loop: simple controls, no story, and a score that only goes up if you stay sharp.
It runs straight in the browser with nothing to install, and the 3D track is light enough for most laptops and phones.
Steer the sled with the arrow keys or A and D. On a phone or tablet, swipe or tap toward the side you want to move. Your sled keeps moving downhill on its own, so you never need to accelerate; your job is choosing a lane.
Along the track you will see gifts and other pickups worth collecting, and ramps that launch the sled into the air. Trees and other solid obstacles end the run on contact. When the run is over, you start again from the top of the hill.
If you want another fast, reflex-driven game, try Helix Jump, where you guide a ball down a tower by timing your drops through gaps. Ovo 2 is a precision platformer with a run-and-jump rhythm rather than steering. Bird Jumper is closer to the vertical jumping of Doodle Jump itself, going up instead of down.
Snow Rider 3D suits quick sessions on either keyboard or touch screen, and is easy to hand to someone who has never played an endless runner before.
Use the arrow keys or A and D to steer left and right. On a phone or tablet, swipe or tap toward the side you want to go.
Hitting an obstacle such as a tree ends the run, and you start again from the top of the slope.
Yes. It plays free in your browser on doodlejump.io, with no download or account.
It is an HTML5 game, so it runs in a modern browser. Touch controls work on phones and tablets.
