4th and Goal 2024 — Play Free Online

4th and Goal 2024 is an American football game that runs in the browser with nothing to install. It is built around the moment the name describes: the drive has stalled near the end zone, there is one down left, and the next play decides whether the points count. That makes sessions short and tense, which suits a page that sits among quick-restart games.

If you came to Doodle Jump for one-more-try arcade play, the appeal carries over. There is a clear goal, a failure that is obvious the moment it happens, and an immediate retry. The difference is that this is a sports game, so timing, positioning and reading the defence matter more than reflexes alone.

How to play

On a keyboard, move with the arrow keys or WASD, and use the mouse to aim and to pick options on screen. On a phone or tablet, tap and swipe instead. The game loads in the page, so the first tap or key press starts it.

Take the first few plays to see what the on-screen prompts ask of you before you worry about scoring. Sports games in this style tend to reward patience on the first attempts, so watch how the defence reacts to what you do.

Tips

• Click inside the game window once before using the keyboard, so the arrow keys and WASD go to the game and not to the page.
• Use the mouse for choices and aiming, and keep your other hand on the movement keys instead of switching back and forth.
• Do not rush the first attempts. One careful play teaches you more than three hurried ones.
• On a touch screen, use deliberate swipes rather than rapid taps, which are easier to misread.

For another sport, Bouncy Basketball is a physics-driven take on hoops, played over a few quick rounds. Helix Jump swaps ball games for a one-button descent where timing is everything, and OvO game is a precision platformer for when you want movement challenges rather than a scoreboard. The headline game, Doodle Jump, is the endless-climb classic that the rest of the site is built around.

It suits short breaks, since a single attempt is quick, and it works on a laptop, a Chromebook or a phone. Progress is kept in your browser, so clearing site data will reset it.
