Road Fury is a free browser driving game where you shoot rival vehicles, earn coins and buy upgrades. Play it online with no download.
Road Fury is a driving game with weapons. You steer a car down a busy road, shoot the vehicles that get in your way and spend what you earn on upgrades. The mirror's own code refers to nitro, rockets, police cars, bosses, coins and an upgrade shop. The game is listed here under racing, but it plays closer to a shooter on wheels than to a lap-time racer.
That mix makes it a good break from the jumpers and platformers around Doodle Jump. Doodle Jump is about one-button timing and a climb that never ends. Road Fury has the same "one more run" feel, with a garage of upgrades to chase between runs. It loads in the browser with nothing to install, and a run is short enough to fit between other games.
Move with the arrow keys or WASD, and use the mouse to aim and to pick items in the menus. On a phone, tap and swipe instead. Drive down the road, aim at the vehicles ahead, and keep moving so you do not get boxed in.
Coins and score come from what you destroy and how far you get. You then spend them on upgrades before the next run. The code also contains a nitro boost and rocket weapons, so it is worth trying both when they become available.
Ovo 2 and OvO game are precision platformers, so they ask for careful movement where Road Fury asks for fast aiming. Helix Jump is a one-touch arcade game with short runs. Bloons Tower Defense 2 is a strategy game with an upgrade path, if the upgrade shop is what appeals to you.
Road Fury suits short sessions at a keyboard and mouse. It also has touch controls if you only have a phone or tablet.

It is listed under racing, but you shoot vehicles and buy upgrades, so it plays like a shooter on wheels.
