• Resource management: Track your remaining power percentage in the bottom-left corner. Use your tools sparingly to conserve energy until 6 AM.

Tips for surviving the night

Surviving the later shifts requires a strict routine and careful sound cue tracking rather than frantic camera flicking.

• Listen closely for audio cues: Audio is your most valuable radar. Bonnie and Chica make shuffling noises and breathing sounds right at the office doors, allowing you to check lights and react before opening your cameras.
• Keep an eye on Pirate Cove: Foxy remains behind his curtain in CAM 1C unless left unmonitored for too long. Check his camera periodically to stall his sprint down the west corridor.
• Do not keep doors shut permanently: Closed doors consume power rapidly. Only drop a security door when an animatronic is confirmed directly in the doorway blind spot.
• Manage power in the final hours: If your battery hits zero, the office goes dark and Freddy plays his music box chime before attacking. Conserving energy through the early morning hours gives you the best chance of lasting until the shift ends.
